Most awaited MG Hector officially launched in Nepal; pricing starts at Rs 59.99 lakh

KATHMANDU: Paramount Motors, the sole authorised distributor of MG Motors in Nepal, has officially launched the Hector amid a formal press event held in its Naxal showroom today. The launch program was followed by the most awaited price unveiling and the commencement of vehicle delivery to customers. The all-new Hector comes with 1.5L Turbocharged Intercooled engine and is available in both MT and CVT variants. Hector MT and CVT have been competitively priced at Rs 59.99 lakh and Rs 64.99 lakh respectively. Among the most prominent features of Hector are Bold Front Chrome Grille, Projector Headlamps, and Stylish R17 Silver Alloys, electric sunroof, push-button start, electric parking brake, stunning 26.4cm HD touch screen AVN system among other features that introduced several industry-firsts and established new benchmarks in its segment. Compared with other variants of SUVs, Hector is claimed to suit the Nepali road and traffic conditions. This 'made in India' variant will be available through the company's dealerships across the country. This is a new mid-spec variant of the hector that sits between the low- and top-spec trims of the midsize SUV in the market. In Nepal, the MG Hector is the most awaited car with strong demand. Zonta Club of Kathmandu will utilise this fund to produce awareness campaigns on the importance of speaking up against domestic violence, work/public harassment and child marriage.
