CareerPREP hosted its 2nd Annual “My Skills My Future” event on 27 July. The aim of the programme was to allow students and young professionals from various backgrounds to connect with leaders of different industries in Nepal. The event highlighted the personal journeys of the speakers, which gave an insight into the certain skillsets that helped them to achieve success.
The event had an interesting panel of speakers that included Bibhusan Bista, CEO, Young Innovations; Reetal Rana, Managing Director, Mid-Valley International College; Reshu Aryal, Director, Habeli Outdoor Learning Center and Chairperson of the Board of Teach for Nepal; Bivishika Bhandari, Head of Advocacy and Outreach at Himalayan Climate Initiative (HCI); and Niladri Parial, Principal at Triyog Highschool and Founder/Owner, Write Weavers.
CareerPREP also honoured it’s mentors and held a small graduation ceremony for its Cohort 1 fellow during the end of the event.
