Hotel Association of Nepal has formed a committee coordinated by tourism entrepreneurs including members of HAN, Restaurant and Bar Association of Nepal, food technologists and chefs to promote Nepali cuisine in the international arena. According to HAN, it will select the 20 popular cuisines from across Nepal on the basis of its cultural importance. This will then be promoted in the international market via the network of Non Resident Nepalis, HAN and other cultural organisations.
