Eleven companies have sought approval from the Securities Board of Nepali (SEBON) to float 5.92 million primary shares worth Rs. 592.04 million. Three hydropower companies will offer primary shares to the public and seven will float their stock. A microfinance company is also awaiting approval to launch its IPO. Also, four listed companies have sought permission to launch follow on public offering. All pertaining information is available on the SEBON website.
