CG Properties announces launch of Luxury Villas

CG Properties, a subsidiary of CG Holdings, one of the largest real estate developers in the country, has announced the launch of premium, affordable and luxury villas at Sunakothi, Lalitpur. The Villa is the third project of CG Properties succeeding successful completion of Cityscape Apartments and ongoing project of Cityscape Villas. It adds that the Villa has been planned and will be developed strictly as per latest Nepal Building Code for earthquake resistant building structure, modernist architecture and sufficient open space with 20 feet wide road approach to each villa. The Company plans to launch 71 independent luxury Villas over 25 ropanis of picturesque landscape settings.  “The independent Villas are available in different sizes ranging from 1450 – 2150 square feet of built up area to cater different customer demand and comprises of up to 4BHK,” adds the release. Additional features include exclusive garden space and car parks, private terrace and luxury fittings and specifications while the Villa emphasises on renewable energy with solar powered common area lighting.
