The Soaltee Kathmandu kicks off Thai Food Festival

KATHMANDU: An extremely talented and accomplished Chef Wimon Junlawong is visiting from India to lead a Thai Food Festival happening at Bao Xuan, the Chinese speciality restaurant at The Soaltee Kathmandu.

Chef Wimon will be sharing her over a decade of culinary expertise in Thai Food with Nepali food lovers at the Thai Food Festival starting from April 21 to 30. Further, she will be training Soaltee culinarians and some of her dishes will find their way into the Bon Xuan menu.
