NMB Bank issues 4 million units of debenture

KATHMANDU: NMB Bank issued 4 million units of debenture amounting to Rs 4 billion. The debenture was issued under the issue and sales management of NIBL Ace Capital Limited. The tenure of the debenture is 10 years with 10.75% interest per annum. The issue of NMB Debenture 10.75% - 2089/2090" was opened on April 4, 2023 and the issue was oversubscribed in four days and was closed on April 7, 2023. READ ALSO:
