Dhruba Thapa’s panel concludes discussion, interaction with auto dealers

KATHMANDU: The panel of Dhruba Thapa vying in the upcoming election of NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal has concluded discussion and interaction programmes being held with automobile dealers in different places in the country. The panel held discussion and interaction programmes at different places under the slogan 'Have to make NADA, communal to all automobile dealers'. Presidential candidate Thapa who is vying in the NADA election against Karan Chaudhary introduced the members of his panel amid a press conference organised in Kathmandu on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, Kapil Shiwakoti, a candidate from the Thapa panel, said that the upcoming election of NADA needed capable and competent persons who could take care of the problems of the entire business community. Welcoming all the journalists present at the event, presidential candidate for NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal, Thapa made public the commitment of his team and highlighted the professionalism of his panel members. Thapa said, "We have interacted with friends from all the provinces. We are committed to addressing the issues raised in the discussions." The commitments of the Thapa panel are to take initiative to create a business-friendly environment that empowers the province level structure, to form an expert team to strengthen the association and to have direct and effective talks with the government. Thapa announced that NADA would take initiatives for constructing its own building to create a working environment. He also announced the commitment for policy planning, secretariat reform work, NADA auto show procedure and patent registration, data hub creation, expanding social responsibility. Dhruba Thapa's panel also includes current working committee member of NADA, Akash Golchha, Nirakar Shrestha, Deepak Agrawal, Kapil Siwakoti and Shubhashish Thapaliya. Likewise, Thapa has made history by forming a group including women in Nada. Yamuna Shrestha has been included in his panel. Thapa has formed an inclusive group including Amarjyoti Rajit, BN Pathak, Dipendra Kumar Mishra, Navaraj Bhusal, Narayan Prasad Poudel (Rajan), Pradeepman Pradhan, Prakash Sigdel, Riddhi Karki, Sagun BS Kansakar, Sanjay Kumar Khaitan among other experienced auto dealers. This is the first time in the history of NADA that such an inclusive panel has been formed. The election of NADA Automobile Associations of Nepal will take place on December 8 and 9. READ ALSO:
