FNCCI Vice-President Dhakal urges govt to solve liquidity problem

KATHMANDU: Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Senior Vice-President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has urged the government and Nepal Rastra Bank to quickly solve the liquidity problem being faced by banks and financial institutions. While speaking during the inauguration of the 34th AGM of Bhaktapur Chamber, Dhakal mentioned it was necessary to resolve the liquidity problem at the earliest as the economy had just been picking up after being hit by the Coronavirus pandemic. He said that the FNCCI had already apprised the government about the liquidity situation of the country. He added that the market was facing a liquidity crunch because there was a delay in implementing the budget. READ ALSO:
