A A- A+
Ford Motor Company kicked off the 11th annual Global Caring Month in September with Ford volunteers from more than three dozen countries around the world signing up for community projects. According to the company, 36 employees from GO Ford will work with Round Table Nepal in Koseli Foundation to provide a series of activities to create equal opportunity for underprivileged children to acquire knowledge and education on 28 September. "Ford Global Caring Month is one of the many ways Ford and its employees go further to improve the quality of life for people in the communities we live and work,” said David Westerman, Managing Director, Malaysia and Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, Ford Motor Company. "From improving schools, constructing water wells and aiding with animal welfare, our employees and dealers across the region truly embrace the company‘s legacy of caring. The volunteers‘ actions in giving back to their communities definitely inspire us all.” During Ford Global Caring Month in September, some 20,000 Ford volunteers will participate in hundreds of community service projects around the world.
