KATHMANDU: Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Devendra Paudel has directed a committee formed to monitor foreign universities and teaching institutions being operated in Nepal to submit the field visit report within the next 15 days.

The committee will visit the foreign universities and academic institutions in accordance with the existing directives about the operation of higher education.

It may be noted that the five-year renewal of 85 foreign teaching institutions was terminated from last mid-February. Though all institutions have applied for renewing, the monitoring was postponed due to Covid 19 crisis.
