Gold price goes up by Rs 1,000 per tola; traded at Rs 98,200 today

KATHMANDU: The gold price has been increased by Rs 1,000 per tola to trade at Rs 98,200 per tola today. The price of precious yellow metal was Rs 97,200 on Monday. Likewise, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) has fixed the price of worked gold at Rs 97,700 per tola today. It was Rs 96,700 on Monday. Likewise, the silver price has reached Rs 1,325 per tola today with an increase of Rs 30 per tola, according to the FeNeGoSiDA. The precious white metal was traded at Rs 1,295 on Monday. The FeNeGoSiDA is the authorised body for fixing the price of gold and silver in the domestic market being based on international value.
