KATHMANDU: The gold price has increased by Rs 600 per tola to trade at Rs 92,700 per tola today. The fine gold was traded at Rs 92,100 on Thursday.
The worked gold has fetched Rs 92,200 in the domestic market, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FeNeGoSiDA). It was traded at Rs 91,600 per tola on Thursday. Similarly, the silver price has increased by Rs 15 per tola to trade at 1,260 per tola, according to the FeNeGoSiDA.
The gold price in the international market is around $1,818.40 per ounce (oz) today.
(1 tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams, 1 ounce is equivalent to 28.3495 grams)
