HBL golf tournament concludes

Himalayan Bank Limited Golf Tournament concluded on 23 June. Dhurba Thapa won the trophy in the competition which was held in stable ford 3/4 handicap format. Jeevan Limbu came second with 38 points, and Aang Norbu Sherpa won the third title scoring 32 points. In the women’s section, Pratima Sherpa came in first with 36 points and Pabitra Yakthumba was second with 34 points. Colonel Sashi Bikram Singh won the title in the senior section. He was followed by Gautam Sayami with 36 points. In super senior category, Major Mani Prasad scored 30 points. Meanwhile, Prithivi Malla won the title for the guest participant category. In the same category, Kanchan Basnet scored the second position. From the HBL family, Samir Acharya won the title. Binod Tamang won the junior section title while Saswot Pradhan secured second position. Mithun Rai grabbed the title for most birdies category and Swodesh Gurung became winner of the Closest to the Pin. Likewise, Rekha Ghimire got the title of 24th lucky golfer.
