Hyundai Construction Equipment India becomes No. 1 excavator brand in Nepal

Hyundai Construction Equipment India Pvt Ltd (HCEIPL), manufacturer of technologically advanced excavators, has risen to be the top excavator brand in Nepal. Construction Solutions is the authorised dealer of HCEIPL in Nepal. The company organised a press meet to commemorate the event when two new variants—R340LC-7 and R390LC-9—have been unveiled claiming them to be suitable for mining. “Nepal is an important market for Hyundai and we are closely working with our dealer partner, Construction Solutions in adding value to Nepal‘s infrastructure growth,” says CH Kwak, GM of HCEIPL. Sharwan Agnihotri, Head of Marking for HCEIPL said that a total of 300 excavators has been so far sold in Nepal. “Nepal has a market potential to grow at 15-20 percent annually,” he said adding, “We are hopeful to capitalise this opportunity and offer our customers the best products with excellent sales and service points.”
In India, Hyundai is currently among the top two preferred brand with a market share of over 16 percent offering excavators from 8T to 51T.
