Four best ideas selected from College Idea Hunt, 2022

KATHMANDU: Four ideas have been selected for the College Idea Hunt, 2022 to bring out the creative young minds to solve problems through innovative and sustainable ‘Greenovation’ solutions.

The programme is being organised for the past eight years with the theme of ‘Ideas to Entrepreneur’.

Executive Chairman of Idea Studio, the event organising institution, Tshiring Lama said that applications from as high as 400 colleges were received for entrepreneurship ideas from across the country.

“Along with the pitching platform, students get an opportunity to learn from incubation, mentorship, and networking,” the institution said. The top four finalists were selected for their business ideas from among 10 outstanding ideas.

All four selected ideas were awarded a cash prize of Rs 100,000. Those selected ones are Bio-Green, We for Nature, Aaha Bangles and, according to the organiser.

All the winners of the College Hunt will get the opportunity to participate in the Idea Studio Season 7.

Meanwhile, Idea studio Nepal has opened the application for ldea Studio Season 7.

In a press meet organised on Tueday, Idea studio Nepal informed that the application will be accepted till January 1. The application for Idea Studio Season 7 can be filled in on its website.

Idea Studio Nepal is a platform to turn promising ideas into solutions and ignite social change and unlock potential in favour of entrepreneurship through innovation. It provides encouragement, resources, space, exposure, learning, networking, and other different opportunities for socially conscious business ideas. The aspiring entrepreneurs who seek mentorship, training, and counselling to startup, scale up, and link up their businesses are provided with the platform through its national-level Startup Incubation Programme.
