imark introduces MuguShop app for billing, inventory management

KATHMANDU: imark in collaboration with Giift organised an event related to loyalty titled “Customer Engagement & Retention with Effective Loyalty Programme”. Deepa Swami, sales director at Giift, and Dilip DS, sales president at Giift, spoke on the value of loyalty and its role in customer retention during the programme. “There has never been an interoperable loyalty programme in Nepal, and today's programme is the first” said the Director of imark, Ashish Sharma. Once signed up with Giift.com, a user can transfer or utilise the loyalty points from any country that has a Giift network. This Giift loyalty programme can be used in a variety of places, including banks, airlines, telecommunications, insurance, supermarkets, and other retail establishments. Amid the programme, imark introduced its long-awaited product, “Mugu.Shop”. MuguShop is a billing and inventory management application. MuguShop is a powerful POS solution for all kinds of businesses. It is a comprehensive solution that helps to manage billing sales, customer invoices, inventory, payments, and discounts in an extremely simple way. In comparison to the previous traditional technique of documenting and evaluating day-to-day business transactions, this software makes bookkeeping much easier and more useful for a business. “MuguShop app can be used by retail shops, grocery stores, spa, salon, restaurant and café owners,” said Manager of imark, Suyash Chand.
