Manushi recogniaed with two Awards by Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce & Industry

At a ceremony hosted by the Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce (LCCI) on October 14, Manushi, an NGO, was presented with two awards which recognise excellence in productivity and exporting. Manushi was in the Top Three Position for the National Productivity Award, and the Export Excellence Award. This is the fifth year in a row that Manushi has received the award for Export Excellence. This is the first time the National Productivity Award has been presented in Nepal. It was established to inspire and recognise excellence in industry. Winners are selected by an esteemed panel using a scientific process. Only those industries which have been able to measurably contribute to the country’s economy may receive the award. The awards were co-sponsored by LCCI and the Ministry of Industry Nepal, and were bestowed by Sunil Bahadur Thapa, Hon. Minister of Industry and Chief Guest, Sabin Shrestha, LCCI President; and Narayan Gopal Shrestha, LCCI Executive Member.
