MAW launches Ray ZR

MAW Enterprises, authorised distributor of Yamaha two-wheelers in Nepal, launched the new Cygnus Ray-ZR scooter during the 12th NADA Auto Show. The Ray-ZR is powered by an air-cooled 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve 113cc “BLUE CORE” engine with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) unit. The new scooter has an engine with high combustion efficiency to offer among the best fuel efficiency in its class at 66 kmpl. “It is equipped with a newly designed instrument cluster with excellent readability, even at night and features tubeless tyres. It has a 21 litres under seat storage,” says the company press release which adds that the Ray ZR comes with disc or drum brakes. The disc brake model comes in two colours - Matt Green and Fizz White - and drum brake model is available in two different colours -Maverick Blue and Rooster Red.
