“Nepal in 2030” held
Nepal Economic Forum organized a discussion focusing on Nepal in 2030. Speakers included Swarnim Wagle, former Member of the National Planning Commission, Gail Marzetti, Head of DFID Nepal, Himesh Dhungel, Country Director Nepal for Millennium Challenge Corporation and Yankila Ukyab, a finance professional. Wagle stated that the 5Ds are enablers of Vision 2030 being distance, demography, democracy, digitization and diaspora. NEF president, Sujeev Shakya released the 25th anniversary issue of its flagship publication – nefport themed Nepal 2030.
