KATHMANDU: NIBL Ace Capital, Pioneer Law Associates and The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN)- Koshi Province Committee collaboratively conducted a workshop on ‘Road to IPO’ to make corporate houses, real sector industries aware of IPO process in terms of legal and financial perspective.
The workshop was conducted in Birtanagar Metropolitan city, Morang district, on March 13.
Anup Raj Upreti, Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Associates, and Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital, were the presenters of the session. ACAN-Koshi Province Head, Manoj Adhikari, Secretary Tirtha Yadav and Treasurer Aswani Bansal actively coordinated for successful execution of the programme.
The workshop covered vivid issues regarding IPO focusing on legal aspects, corporate governance, capital structuring, IPO pricing, size timeline and methods. Number of participants from various corporate houses, real sector industries got the insights on various aspects of IPO.
