KATHMANDU: NIBL Ace Capital and Pioneer Law Associates jointly conducted a workshop on ‘Road to IPO’ to make corporate houses aware of the IPO process in terms of legal and financial perspectives.
The workshop was conducted at Aloft Kathmandu Thamel, on Sunday, September 18.
Anup Raj Upreti, Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Associates, and Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital, were the presenters of the session.
The workshop covered vivid issues regarding IPO focusing on legal aspects, corporate governance, capital structuring, IPO pricing, size timeline and methods.
A number of participants from various corporate houses got insights on various aspects of IPO.
