NIBL, Mega Bank merge to form Nepal Investment Mega Bank

KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Bank Ltd (NIBL) has entered into a merger arrangement with Mega Bank Nepal Ltd. The banks will start a joint operation from January 11, 2023, under the new name ‘Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd’ (NIMB). The banks have expressed their commitment to providing their customers with the best services across the country through 296 branches, 60 extension counters, 277 ATMs and 109 branchless banking centres.
