He has a diverse range of work experiences from running a restaurant in Doha, managing multinational brands with a leading advertising agency in Nepal, working with global companies to now leading a television network which will be the first Nepali channel to run an international adventure reality show called Himalaya Roadies. All these experiences have enriched him to develop a better understanding of people, work ethics and cultures. Nikhil has been in Nepal for 14 years and his approach to life - both personal and professional - is to create a better life rather than just making a living.
