NMB Bank to provide digital services to TAAN

KATHMANDU: NMB Bank has reached an agreement with Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN) to provide digital services. The bank has given priority to digital services. Sudesh Upadhyay, Chief Business and Strategy Officer and Grievance Handling Officer of NMB Bank and TAAN President Khum Bahadur Subedi signed and exchanged a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in this regard, on June 23. As per the agreement, TAAN members will be able to use NMB Bank's digital services. NMB Bank has been prioritising digital services like WeChat, POS, QR and Payment Gateway. These services are expected to facilitate TAAN members to do business. NMB Bank has been conducting such campaigns to increase the importance of digital transactions to the customers. ‘The Banker Magazine’ of The Financial Times, London, has awarded NMB Bank with the prestigious Bank of the Year Asia 2021. The bank has also been awarded Bank of the Year in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. NMB Bank is currently providing its services through 201 branches, 138 ATMs and 11 extension counters. READ ALSO:
