WASHINGTON DC: Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari and his Indian counterpart, Governor of Reserve Bank of India, Shaktikanta Das, held a sideline meeting in the US capital, Washington DC, on Wednesday.

On the occasion, Governor Adhikari and Das discussed several issues including the digitisation of monetary matters of both countries, payment, trade settlement, SAARC finance and remittance.
Both governors arrived in the US to participate in the annual meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
