
KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has established 'Grievance Hearing Desk' at the bank's Microfinance Institutions Supervision Department to address the complaints related to microfinance financial services of the concerned members who make savings and credit transactions with the 'D' category microfinance licensed by the central bank.
Complaints can be filed via phone number 18105000022 (Toll free) or through NRB's online complaint portal gunaso.nrb.org.np or E-mail: [email protected] or application can be registered at any office of the central bank during office hours.
