Pfizer, BioNTech urge US FDA to allow vaccine for children aged 5-11

Kathmandu: The pharmaceutical companies Pfizer and BioNTech Thursday urged the US Food and Drug Administration to approve the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children between the ages of five and 11. Currently, the vaccine is cleared for adults and children aged 12 years and older.
