Poet Chaudhary launches servedplanet.com, environment-focused e-paper

KATHMANDU: Poet, writer and philanthropist Basant Chaudhary has launched servedplanet.com, an e-paper that focuses on the environment. The e-paper hosted on the portal with the same name will publish articles and analyses on the environment, earth, climate change, scarcity of water, food insecurity and wildlife. The articles and analyses covered in servedplanet.com will have a global perspective. Chaudhary, who is also the Founder Chairman of BLC Holdings, a conglomerate in Nepal, said, "I have always tried to spread the message of love, brotherhood and harmony through my writing. servedplanet.com aims to promote a harmonious relationship between mankind and Earth. This planet is in a miserable condition due to man-made crises around the world." As the publisher of the e-paper, Chaudhary said, "servedplanet.com is committed to raising public awareness about the deteriorating condition of the earth. The ideas will be presented in simple language that will be easily understood by all age groups." He added, "It is everyone's responsibility to work for the survival and good health of the earth. We will survive only if the earth survives.” Launched on Earth Day, (April 22, 2023), the e-paper elaborated with illustrations will update contents every 15 days. There are plans to update this digital platform with more features and content in the future, it was shared. This e-paper will give priority to readers' feedback.
