President Bhandari authenticates two bills

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has certified two bills presented by the federal parliament. President Bhandari certified the bill designed to amend Nepal Engineering Council Act, 2055; and the bill designed to amend the Act on Senior Citizen, 2063, the Office of the President informed.
