Prime Minister Deuba tables policy and programme

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba tabled a copy of the government's policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2022/23 at the meeting of the House of Representatives today. The policies and programmes was presented by President Bidya Devi Bhandari's at the joint sitting of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament. Likewise, the meeting thanked the President for addressing the joint sitting of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament. Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota presented a proposal thanking the Head of the State for addressing the joint sitting of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament, which was unanimously passed by the parliament. On the occasion, the Speaker shared that May 26 and 27 have been fixed as the days for the discussion on the government's policies and programmes presented in the joint sitting of the Federal Parliament today.
