Patients can now easily book appointments online through this app. Apart from booking and buying OPD tickets, patients can also get lab reports through the app.
Similarly, the app users with health insurance provided by the Health Insurance Board (HIB), a social protection programme of the Government of Nepal, can also book a free hospital ticket and verify their insurance information.
The service provided through this app is expected to reduce the time taken to reach the hospital for the appointment and the hassle of waiting in the queue at the hospital. It will also help to make hospital services more accessible and accessible.
