Laxmi Bank, Sunrise Bank sign MoU for merger

KATHMANDU: Laxmi Bank and Sunrise Bank have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to undertake a merger between the two banks. Raman Nepal, Chairman of Laxmi Bank, and Motilal Dugar, Chairman of Sunrise Bank signed the agreement amid a ceremony on Monday. The signing ceremony was attended by members of Board of Directors, major shareholders, Chief Executive Officers and other executives of both banks. READ ALSO:
