The airlines was named ‘Best Seat Comfort’, ‘Best Cabin Service’, and ‘Best Food & Beverage’ in the Airline Passenger Experience Association’s 2020 Global Passenger Choice Awards on September 10. Qatar Airways also named a ‘2020 Five Star Global Airline’ in the APEX Official Airline Ratings, as voted for by passengers through travel app, TripIt.
