KATHMANDU: Nepal Liquors has recently started producing Smirnoff, the world’s famous vodka brand. Smirnoff vodka is being produced from a factory based in Biratnagar of Morang district.
The world’s number 1 vodka ‘Smirnoff’ was launched at a programme by Nepal Liquors — the leading liquor manufacturer in the country.
According to Rajesh Bir Singh Tuladhar, Executive Chairman of the company, the vodka, which is distilled three times and filtered 10 times, is being produced and marketed in Nepal. Popular media personality Suraj Singh Thakuri is the brand ambassador for Smirnoff Nepal.
Nepal Liquors has been offering various liquor brands such as Antiquity Blue Whisky, Signature Premier/Rare Whisky, Mc Dowell’s No. 1 Luxury Whisky, Blue-Riband Gin among others in the Nepali market.
Smirnoff Vodka, which is sold in more than 130 countries worldwide, is available in three variants — 750ml, 375ml and 180ml priced at Rs 2,200, Rs 1,100 and Rs 550 respectively.
