Kathmandu: Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs' Forum (NYEF) is set to organise a national conference of Nepali women entrepreneurs in Parsa district, on coming October 22.
This is the first time such an event is being held in Birgunj Metropolis, a commercial city.
NYEF has prepared to organise the national conference with the objective of increasing the participation of Nepali women in entrepreneurship.
More than 100 successful women entrepreneurs from across the country are expected to take part in the conference being held in collaboration with Ladies Circle Nepal, according to conference coordinator Manisha Sunuwar.
Rashmi Das, the outgoing chairperson of Ladies Circle Nepal, was quoted in RSS as saying, "The conference will shed light on the hard work, struggle and success of women entrepreneurs in various fields." "Through the conference, experiences of success, struggle and patience of successful women entrepreneurs in various fields will be exchanged," she said.
Likewise, NYEF Birgunj chairman Anup Agrawal told RSS as saying that the conference between entrepreneurs and startups companies is expected to encourage the participants in knowledge, skill and capacity building. The main objective of the conference is to raise the issues faced by women in entrepreneurship and dwell on solutions.
