Women with Vision, a movement which is targeted to create a support and appreciation system for working women had ten categories in its 2018 edition where there were 54 nominees. The jury was headed by Shanti Chadha and announcements of winners took into consideration their contribution and dedication to their field in addition to a pubic voting system. The event was chaired by Chaudhary, Chairman, Forward Microfinance and former State Minister. The event had Nikita Chandak as its Goodwill Ambassador. Winners of this year were, Shanti Laxmi Shakya, Deputy MD of Nepal Electric Authority as Corporate Woman of the Year, Shrijana Subedi, Member, Nepal Investor Forum as Business Women of the Year, Aarti Chataut, Director of Nepal Television as Media Person of the Year, Amrita Gautam, PhD Scholar, Technical University of Cologne as Academician of the Year, Indira Rana Magar, Founder of Prisoners Assistance Nepal as People’s Favourite of the Year, Kanchan Amatya, ED of Sustainable Fish Farming Initiative as Youth Icon of the Year), Madhu Todi, Director of MCKS Pranic Healing Trust Nepal as Intrapreneur of the Year, Bidhata KC, Visual Artist as Artist of the Year, Ram Kumari Jhakri, CCM, Nepal Communist Party as Politician of the Year, and Sandhya Shakya, GMof Live and Lead as Public Choice of the Year.
