862,080 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine provided by UK arrive in Nepal

KATHMANDU: A consignment of 862,080 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine provided by the British government through the COVAX facility has arrived in Nepal today. Head of the supply management branch of the Department of Health Services, Surendra Chaurasia, said the received vaccines were out of the 2.17 million vaccines provided by the British government through the COVAX facility. According to him, the remaining 1.312 million doses of vaccines will be delivered on February 13. So far, more than 46.6 million doses of vaccines have arrived in Nepal. By RSS READ ALSO:
