Domestic passengers need to furnish tickets with details at TIA

KATHMANDU: Passengers of domestic flights will have to furnish tickets with full details to enter the departure lounge at Tribhuvan International Airport. Due to security concerns, it is mandatory to show a 'printed copy' or digital copy of the ticket with full details before entering the airport. The Department of Airport Operations issued a notice on Tuesday stating that the arrangement will be implemented from February 19. The provision has been made mandatory as some passengers only show the PNR code of the ticket and the identity of the passenger is not revealed in such a code. Passengers have also been requested to enter the airport as per the reporting time mentioned in the ticket while taking flights. READ ALSO:
