FENEGOSIDA urges Home Minister to ensure safety of gold, silver business sector

KATHMANDU: The Federation of Nepal Gold & Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) has urged Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Rabi Lamichhane to solve the problems seen in the gold and silver business sector. The delegation led by FENEGOSIDA President Manik Ratna Shakya met with Home Minister Lamichhane at the latter's office in Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, on Saturday and expressed the problems being faced by the gold and silver business sector and urged him to find solutions. During the meeting with Minister Lamichhane, FENEGOSIDA President Shakya urged to arrange an effective system of peace and security, to take the initiative to make the necessary laws related to gold and silver business management, and to ensure an environment to arrange an adequate supply of raw materials. On the occasion, Minister Lamichhane expressed his commitment to taking the issues raised by jewellery businesspersons seriously and taking possible measures to solve the problem. Also present in the meeting were FENEGOSIDA vice presidents Bipendra Ramudamu and Mahendra Shakya, and Secretary General Dharma Sundar Bajracharya. READ ALSO:
