KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has honoured Chairman of Norvic International Hospital and former Additional Inspector General of Police (AIG), Rajendra Bahadur Singh, with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’.
Singh was honoured with the award amid a programme held on the occasion of the 67th Establishment Day of Nepal Police at Police Headquarters in Naxal, Kathmandu.
The award was conferred on Singh by the chief guest at the programme, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
Police Day is celebrated every year to commemorate the day when the Nepal Police Act, 2012 was legislated.
PM Deuba, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, Inspector General of Police Dhiraj Pratap Singh among other officials participated in the programme.
