Mahindra Treo electric three-wheeler auto unveiled in Kailali

KATHMANDU: Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited, part of the Mahindra Group, has recently unveiled a Lithium-ion powered Treo, an electric three-wheeler auto, in Dhangadhi Metropolis of Kailali district. Agni Energy Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Agni Group and official dealer of Mahindra electric vehicles (EV), ​​has unveiled Treo electric auto amid a ceremony held in Campus Road, Dhangadhi-8, on November 26. Previously, the Mahindra EVs were unveiled in Butwal Sub-metropolis of Rupandehi district, Chitwan district and Hetauda Sub-metropolis of Makawanpur district. The Mahindra Treo Auto ‘Soft Top’ variant has been introduced at the price of Rs 840,000, ex-showroom. The Mahindra Treo is India's largest Lithium-ion electric auto platform with over 10,000 vehicles sold and has covered more than 63 million kilometres since its launch in 2018. Treo Electric autorickshaw was unveiled at a function in the presence of Abhinash Chaudhary, Managing Director of Central Auto Zone Pvt Ltd, the official dealer for Agni Energy Dhangadhi, and also Managing Director of B& A Automotives Pvt Ltd; Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis Mayor Nrip Bahadur Wada; Himanshu Aggarwal, Head Exports at Last Mile Mobility at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited; Pramod Pokharel, Senior Executive Administrator of Agni Energy among ward members of Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis.
