Nepali youth sells keyboard app to Israeli company at Rs 10m

Kathmandu: A Nepali youth has recently sold a keyboard app "Fonts Aa Keyboard" to an Israeli app company at around Rs 10 million. Photo courtesy: Dinesh Neupane/Facebook[/caption] Twenty-five-year-old Dinesh Neupane from Dang district wrote and developed the keyboard app one year ago and upgraded it as per need. He sold the app to Zipoapps, an app studio based in Tel Aviv. Over the past 12 months, the keyboard app grew exponentially with 3.4 Million users worldwide and was ranked consistently in the top 50 in over 70 countries and top 20 in 15 countries in the personalisation category. Photo: Google Play screenshot[/caption] Fonts Aa Keyboard app lets users type in more than 40 letter styles and considerable symbols and emojis. It provides a lot of text-decoration styles that can be used directly from the keyboard. The fonts can be used for Instagram, Whatsapp, Kik, Snapchat, Messenger among other social media apps. Moreover, the Fonts Aa app helps one create unique looking Instagram posts and stories, Facebook posts, Snapchat stories and highlights with fancy keyboard fonts. The app is completely free. Neupane shared on his Facebook post, "A little over a year ago I wrote a keyboard app 'Fonts Aa Keyboard'. Over the past 12 months, it grew exponentially and it had over 3.4 Million Users worldwide and was ranked consistently in top 50 in over 70 countries and top 20 in 15 countries in personalization category.
