KATHMANDU: Rasuwa/Kyirong port between Nepal and China has officially resumed its operation for two-way trade. The Department of Commerce of the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China organised an official ceremony in Kyirong on Wednesday to observe the opening of the port, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release. Similarly, Hilsa/Purang port was also opened for one-way trade on December 27, 2022. The resumption of the ports is expected to augment bilateral trade between Nepal and China. By RSS READ ALSO:
