A A- A+
KATHMANDU: The Federation of Nepalese National Industry and Enterprises (FNNIE) close to CPN (UML) celebrated its establishment day by organising various programmes across the country focusing on local level elections. Speaking on the occasion, FNNIE President LP Sanwa Limbu said an environment for doing business is created when peace and stability prevail in the country. He opined that peace and stability should start from the local level and requested all to cast votes in the local level polls after studying the agenda. Entrepreneurs affiliated with FNNIE requested to vote for the victory of CPN (UML) citing the role it had played to bring CK Raut — who was fighting in Tarai — and Netra Bikram Chand Biplab-led party into the mainstream politics. Similarly, FNNIE General Secretary Bhagirath Sapkota said the establishment day of the federation was celebrated in a symbolic manner as it was focused on the elections.
